Just few days back, Microsoft released Windows 7 Service pack 1(SP1) to its MSDN and Technet subscribers. The Download was still not available publicly. But today, Microsoft has made it available for general public. Now you can Download Windows 7 SP1, Window Server 2008 R2 SP1 directly from Microsft Servers.

As per Neowin,

SP1 only contains two major new features, which will not affect the majority of users. The first of the two is RemoteFX, a standalone product that requires Windows Server 2008 R2 to be used.

RemoteFX allows users to watch high-quality video and interact with 3D applications over a remote desktop session — this will change the way Virtual Machines are used, as they have had limited display capabilities until now.

It looks like they have combined the service pack for both 32 and 64 bit Windows 7 into this single Image file. The file size of service pack is approximately 2 GB which is quite big.

Windows 7 Service pack SP1 is now also available through Windows Automatic update. You can install it through that route also.

If you want to install it manually, you can download it from Microsoft servers directly using the link below.
