Thanks to a promo by Tuneup utilities and Computerbuild, you can grab TuneUp Utilities 2010 with genuine license key for Free. Even though the Promo is not for latest 2011 version, still TuneUp Utilities 2010 will be good for most of us.
The promo is in German and hence the key works for German version of TuneUp Utilities 2010 only. But using a simple trick, we can convert it into English version.
How to get TuneUp Utilities 2010 License key
To grab the License key, Please visit the Promo Page and submit your email address to get the license key Delivered to your Inbox.
You will be asked again to enter your email address in a small box which popups when you click submit. Just enter the email address again and you will receive the license key.
You will need to click the link in the email you received in your inbox. On clicking the link, the web page that opens will give you the license key. Just save it somewhere as you won’t receive another email with License key in it.
How to convert TuneUp Utilities 2010 German to English Version
Download and install English version. After that, copy the language folder from “c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\TuneUp Software\TuneUp Utilities 2010\en-US\” and save it somewhere on your system. Uninstal the English version after you have copied and saved the Language files.
Now, Install the German “DE” version and then copy all of the contents of the “en-US” folder in to the (emptied) “de-DE” folder, and start the program.
Enter the serial, name and workplace etc.. It goes online to update automatically, but it asks you to close the “Tuneup utilities – start center”.
After the update it asks for restart of the pc, restarted and it asked for the serial again, enter it , and wow, you will get registered/updated tuneup utilities 10 with English interface.

I have checked the process again and the language change works if you follow the steps. Try again. It works and I have checked it again before posting this comment.

sorry, my fault. you should check out in C: >.> users>> and so on. Keep in mind, you should have show hidden files and folders option ON in your folder options.
If you still face problem, just ask in forum at avinashtech.net in the relevant thread. I had uninstalled the prog and hence other user may help you better who still have the prog installed.
