MetroTwit: Clean and better twitter client

Majority of twitter users often use a twitter client for keeping track of large number of tweets, twitter lists and everything else. Out of these numerous available twitter clients, I was sticking to Tweetdeck till now. Tweetdeck recently got acquired by Twitter. Even though it is a great twitter client, still some limitations were there e.g. if we scroll he tweeets, there was no way that we can read more than 100 tweets in a column which is quite less if you are opening twitter client after you wake up and you need to login to twitter to read all the tweets. (correct me if I am wrong)

A new Twitter client MetroTwit for Windows looks promising, cleaner and better one.Just installed it few hours back and I am just loving it. Just keep in mind, its only a twitter client and you cant add any other social network accounts like Facebook to it. The interface is quite clean and its simple without any complications. You can keep reading more and more tweets just by scrolling down. There is no limit on number of tweets you can read by scrolling.

Another great feature is you can read conversations just by clicking on relevant tweets which often helps you know the context of tweets and replies. You can just simply drag and drop images from Windows to quickly tweet your best photos or if you need extra words, TwitLonger makes sure you can fit it all in.

Apart from these, it includes inbuilt URL shortening and previews, Windows 7 taskbar integration, Quick-glance notifications, Resizable and reorderable columns, Autocomplete for usernames & hashtags and much more. Just give it a try and I bet you will love using it.

Now the bad part. It is still a beta product and requires .NET Framework 4.0 to work. You will be prompted to install it if you do not already have it. Its not available now on any other Operating system like Linux or Mac. Right now, only Windows users can install it.
