Looks like the Apple Event “Let’s talk iPhone” on October 4th is going to be streamed live only to a select few and that too from the press.  As per the latest information, thanks to MacRumors, Apple is going to stream iPhone 5 event “Let’s talk iPhone”  live only for press and that too at its Covent Garden store in London only.

The Covent Garden store will be closing at 3:30 PM on Tuesday, much before its usual 9:00 PM closing time to accommodate this  Apple event which will begin at 6:00 PM London time October 4. Here is what the memo sent out to Covent Garden employees  reads:

Hello Team,

As we begin to start a very exciting quarter in Apple Retail, I am pleased to let you know that our Covent Garden Store will be hosting a keynote streaming event next Tuesday 4th October. This event will be a press only event and currently we have no further details on what will be presented. The store will be closing at 3.30pm to accommodate this.

This is a really exciting event for our store and we are passionate about delivering an outstanding Covent Garden experience.

As reported earlier,  Apple iPhone 5 Event “Let’s talk iPhone” is scheduled for  10 AM Pacific Time on Tuesday, October 4th at its headquarters in Cupertino, California. The event will see the new Apple CEO Tim CEO Tim Cookpresenting the keynote instead of Steve Jobs.
