Samsung unveils its first Windows 8 Phone ATIV S

Samsung has beaten Nokia in terms of the race to release the First Windows 8 based phone. Samsung has released its first Windows 8 Phone ATIV S at IFA event in Berlin. ATIV names signifies the name of product line from Samsung of Smart PCs, Tablets, and Smartphones with Windows 8. Windows 8 phones are dubbed as a smartphone for both work and entertainment with native inbuilt support of popular Microsoft Office suite.

Samsung ATIV S comes with 4.8” HD Super AMOLED display powered by 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB RAM powered by Windows 8 and HSPA+42 connectivity. It comes with two cameras, Primary one being the Main(Rear) with 8 Megapixel Auto Focus Camera with LED Flash and secondary being Sub(Front) with  1.9 Megapixel VT Camera.  It comes with 16/32GB User memory options. The price is still unannounced for the device.

    Nice looks ,awesome features, windows 8 Phone OS and Samsung.This phone looks really great.I wouldn’t mind having one of these phones.
