I would say that Nero is much more professional, but Daniusoft Ultimate should be more personal, it is easier to use.

but when i´m browsing your website (ie8, my cpu reaches high each visit)
I have all the browsers on my system even though i rarely use IE. After you said, i opened the site in IE8 and it opened fine even though may be it took a bit more time.
Right now, I can only say, Just use Firefox or Chrome or Opera Web browser instead of IE and everything will be fine.:)
Bionic with Firefox i have a load of 15% on cpu1 and 13% on cpu2
and with IE8 i have the same problem as you (81% on cpu1 and 67% on cpu2)
So its the best (like Avinash says) to use Firefox and it will be fine. :)

I used to run DRM Removal (a SoundTaxi clone). While it was fast and faithful in preserving post-conversion audio fidelity, it was all it could do. (I could only afford to buy the basic build.)
On the other hand, DRM Removal is a tremendous memory hog all the way from the process of installation up to its usage. I could only deploy it overnight, when there’s nothing else that could be done on my XP SP3; otherwise, my desktop would suffer from seizures and there was nothing I could do other than initiate a very, very slow reboot and recovery.
This eventually led to several and frequent OS reformats. The first two instances, Ramka willingly gave me a new key to activate the reinstall. After that, they would never respond to my requests anymore. I had to buy a new DRM Removal license TWO more times. I did explain to them everything, but they simply refused to acknowledge or respond to my emails calling for support ever again.
I really hope this isn’t just one more SoundTaxi incarnation. I’m only a casual user, but I’m impressed by the wide range of functionality that the Daniusoft Media Converter Ultimate you are giving away is capable of. I’m also very much encouraged by your description about its low memory consumption.
I wish to snag one of the free licenses in this regal and rare gem of a giveaway. I will be running it on my new, 64-bit Windows 7 platform.

Wow! seems to be a great all-in-one program, I usually download lot of video(& audio) files from internet and likes to burn them to dvd which can be played in normal DVD players. Normally I use AVS video converter(which is a huge resource hog & slows down the computer considerably) for the conversion part & Nero for burning purpose. Conversion part is very time consuming & painful. This program claims to have support almost all types of video formats(for which I am looking for) and also can author & burn the dvd’s which is a wonderful feature.
I also extract audio from video files & convert to 3gp,aac formats for my & my friends mobile phones.
Since this software has all the things I was looking for(especially as you said it has fast conversion speed by multi-threading, less cpu usage) I would like to be counted in for this giveaway.
And I hope I win the giveaway & lucky enough to get the license for myself(I was unlucky to loose the online armor one year license even after winning the giveaway because the promo-code didn’t work as some one cheated the system).
