I don't know if anyone has been successfull activating the software (downloaded from the link you give) with the serial number obtained from the Avanquest offer page, but I haven't as it keeps coming up with the serial key is either wrongly entered or incorrect and I have tried loads of times! Have you noticed that the software downloaded is for Fixit utilities 9 PRO? and not just 9 essentials?

Well perhaps you are right mate. I will take a look at it again and see if i can find setup download for fixit utilities essentials. My system was down and just today morning , its up after motherboard replacement. So hope i could find the right installer soon.

I found the installer but its in German and the serial will work. I have to check out if the language can be changed. The link to german installer is here.
