Ég er að keyra Ubuntu 9 sem Virtual machine on my home system. Fáir dagar baka, i installed google Chrome browser on Ubuntu 9. The browser is running great and faster too. But today I experienced something unexpected.
When i tried to open adsense in Chrome, it blocked the page saying “The server’s security certificate is revoked!”. I thought that perhaps i mistyped something or its a temporary error. So i refreshed that page and again the same message. I tried to open again after few hours and still the same error.
Same error was produced when i tried to open my Avinashtech.com mail which runs on Google Apps. I was able to open Gmail without any problem may be as its not on secured connection (https i mean here).
I then tried to open Google homepage with signin ( ég. iGoogle síðu). There also i saw that google based portions were blocked saying it contains some unsecured content.
I hope this is a temporary glitch or bug and will be fixed soon by google. Or is it just happening with me?

I have already posted this in forums. Still waiting for response.
I don’t know about AdSense, but if you are using NoScript or something similar, they may be blocking something that the site uses to deliver the full content of it’s security certificate. I’ve had similar occurrences after upgrading my system to Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit which is when I started blocking EVERYTHING. Through manually whitelisting, I saw that there are all sorts of scripts that were written by Google running throughout Google’s sites which made me very wary of Google because almost every other site on the internet is also running their scripts. Research has shown that they use the scripts to track your online activities and may also be used for logging your keystrokes, etc. They say that the information isn’t shared, but if their servers are compromised or if they can make a quick mil, that info is getting out there because what people/companies say is not always what they do. I don’t know if I gave any useful info or even if I made any sense at all, but that’s the short sort of what ran through my brain when I read your post.

Toujours pas de solutions au problème ??
Þýtt : Still no solutions to the problem?
Apague manualmente os certificados que o Chrome voltará a funcionar.
Feche o Chrome.
No terminal:
$ cd ~/.pki/nssdb
$ rm *
Depois reinicie o Chrome.
Translated by Admin :
Manually delete the certificates that Chrome will return to work.
Close Chrome.
In the terminal:
$ Cd ~ / .pki / nssdb
