One more,Utilities are known to have a bad reputation of messing up the registry and unwanted files behind even after uninstallation,so is using it appropriate?Careless deletion of important files could become a huge headache,I even use my CCleaner with precaution,it does ask me clean dll files which I am not sure?
There are a few good utilities which don’t mess with your registry. I have used CCleaner for years and didn’t had any problem. כלי עזר Glary, TuneUp Utilities, Advanced System Care are also known to do well.

I have used Ccleaner, TuneUp Utilities and Glary but mainly the first two, for years and I find them very safe as Ccleaner has never once deleted anything needed from Xp to Vista to Win7 on my computers or anyone elses that I’ve fixed or know that use it. There are others that will do a more in depth dig and delete things that you shouldn’t.

גם, people need to read up about any software they use as not just utilities, but ANY software can mess up your OS, even Windows updates can crash your computer but most blindly install them without reading up on issues. אז כן, there are a lot of variables out there.
If this is a utility giveaway, then take some steps, use a

Test box> Another PC you can test it on
