I was just browsing through the web today. Just few days back i had renewed my Kaspersky Internet security license. So i was just searching something related to kaspersky support centres in India.
So i googled the term kaspersky india and here’s what the search result came.
kaspersky India Phising
The First result was a website kasperskyindia.com but a security threat icon by kaspersky Internet securty appears there. And when i hover the mouse i find ” This URL is clasified as phishing“.
I have long suspected that site to be a phising one. I even wrote a email to Kaspersky Asia region asking about the website but didnt get any response. Anyway it seems they have realised and checked it. Its already blacklisted by kaspersky.
So please beware guys. At least , People in India should avoid this.

it's a known fact that surfing today on the web is quite adventurous. you don't know what you might get: spam, phishing, viruses.. that's why you must use a good security solution. for this fact, i recommend BitDefender Internet Security 2009. it has modules for firewall, antispam, antiphishing, antirootkit and even IM encryption.

@janie you are right. Everyone needs to have some sort of protection while using the web. Though i dont use BitDefender personally , its still a great antivirus/firewall/Internet security solution. For the record i use KIS 2010 as i have said many times in my posts
